Training Ended With Recruitment
Phase One:
• Signing of an employment ended training contract between Alamiah Education and Training Company and the organization wishing employment ended training for its trainees .
• Application for a Support Agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund or the Social Charity Fund, (if supported).
• Signing of a support agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund or the Social Charity Fund or any other support authority as applicable.
• Engagement of Trainees.
Phase Two. Engagement and Placement Test:
• Administering tests to determine the skill level of trainees in English language and Computer.
• Selection / Acceptance of candidates for training by the client.
Phase Three. Selection and Appointment:
• Presenting the lists of candidates who have passed all tests.
• Approval of candidate names by the company to start the training phase.
• Signing a supported employment contract with admitted and appointed trainees.
The trainee file includes the following documents.
• Job Application Form.
• Photocopied images of the academic certificates required for admission to the program.
• Copies of national identity for Saudis and the citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
• Two (2) recent photos of the trainee, one of the trainee card, and the other for the registration form.
• Practical experience, if any.
• Personal interview evaluation form.
• Registration of the accepted trainee’s name with the Ministry of Work by the employing company. (Through the company).
• A pledge to attend complete rehabilitation training courses.
• A pledge by the trainee not to register with the Labor Office for working at another company.
• A pledge by the trainee to end his/her relationship with any company he/she had registered earlier.
Phase four. The Training:
• Preparation of the training kits for the trainees and fitting in with the job description of the given client.
• Registration of trainees at TVTC site; General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training.
• The schedule of the training program will be distributed for training two sections i.e. theoretical and practical application.
• The trainee’s complete theoretical training on the training kits as prescribed by TVTC.
Phase Five. Evaluation and Reporting:
• Providing monthly reports and evaluations to the client.
• Providing the client with the monthly attendance reports. (Before payment of salaries).
• Follow-up with the company officials during the practical training period.
Phase six. Graduation and Certificates:
• At the end of the training period, the trainee will take a comprehensive exam in coordination with the TVTC and TVTC will publish the test results on its website.
• Preparation of the certificates and sending them to TVTC for ratification.
• Presenting the ccertificates to the company.
